The front desk Worker stole money from my Debit card ,the manager knew about it and refused to answer my phone calls.the room was cold and there were ants in the bathroom .

The staff was very pleasant and professional, the room was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. My main issue is the plumbing. The shower dripped all night and the toilet ran all night. This disturbed my sleep. Also the stairs to the 2nd floor aren't level.

I made a reservation for 5 nights here because it was among the cheapest in the area. The room was small with no closet; there were two hooks on the wall to hang clothes. The internet was sketchy, and I was often dropped after a couple of minutes. So, I went to a nearby McDonald's to use internet there and keep up to date for the week. I got on the internet at the office, when I had to get booked in for my flight home. There was a minimal breakfast; I had Raisin Brain cereal and yogurt on two mornings. You could also make pancakes, but the formula had run out when I was there. It was a convenient location for me. It was also quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

To be honest the staff was absolutely polite helpful, but the room was disgusting clean but the bath tub was not even whit paint peeling, the tub was not draining and the right handle to the shower came off and water was going everywhere i able to put back on and close the water you need to upgraded and make sure your rooms are available to rent never again go to this property o and the phone did not work

Place is a dump!! People smoking weed all night. Fire alarm going off for an hour. Breakfast non of the drink machines work. The cooler for the milk and yogurt is barely cold. Find another place if your staying around here.

When we arrived to our room, the door was wide open, and the t.v and lights were on. Then when we tried to lock the door we noticed that the lock on the door wouldn't work to lock from the inside, so we were paranoid the whole ime we were trying to sleep. If we weren't exhausted from being at the hospital all day and already paid online prior to our visit we would of gotten a different hotel. We told the front desk about the problems and all they said was that they will make note of that
