Room was clean, did have a nice shower head. We called ahead to make sure we got a 1st floor room, as my husband does not climb stairs well. When we arrived they gave us a second floor room. There is no elevator. The place itself is very old. Definitely has seen its better days. All room doors and stairs are outside. It rained while we were there, and there was water puddles everywhere on the second floor. Over all, we will choose something else in the future.

The hotel is barely a three star hotel; it's more like a two star. So let's call it a 2 1/2 star hotel. There are some really nice things about it, but also some not so great things. First of all, the man at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and very nice, we really enjoyed that part. The room was fine, nothing special. It was clean. The TV in our room didn't work which was disappointing. We wanted to call the front desk but the telephone also wasn't working. The bathroom is very dated; it really needs to be renovated. So considering all of that, I would rate it a 2 1/2 star hotel. But as a 2 1/2 star hotel, I gave it 5 stars, if that makes sense. Basically, don't expect too much and you'll be happy. The price was very reasonable.

The room had an odor to it kind of a musty old scent, there were some holes in the walls, where two walls would meet, usually near the baseboard. I was worried a mouse would get in. The bed was adequate. Hotel is very close to the street and even though we were at the back we still heard street noise. Probably will not stay there again.

Room size was great and great location. Safe neighborhood. But Not maintained well. Totally run down place. Everything here Old and over used. mattresses were very saggy and uncomfortable to sleep. Heating system is very noisy when ever it ran. Breakfast place was extremely crowded with no place to sit. Our past experiences with Best Western at other locations were much better. We booked based on those experiences to be totally disappointed.

The clerk at check in (don’t know his name) was friendly, courteous, and helpful. When we asked for additional blankets he provided them promptly and brought them to the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Don’t know if I’ll be back in the area again but would consider staying here again if I am.

Asked for room service that never came. Walls were very thin - heard everything in the next room. Bed is extremely squishy. Pillows don't provide much support. Front desk staff were helpful at check-in/checkout.

i’m not gonna lie when I showed up the place on the outside looked very shady 😰 but I was truly surprised how clean the rooms are! The continental breakfast is simple but fulfilling. And the customer service was great. Definitely recommend it.
