Winter retreat

There was no kitchen. Only 1 other car in parking lot. Room was clean and bathroom was very clean.

Who knows. They bumped us to a companion motel, not a favorite. Claimed first floor rooms not available despite request. As it was off season, they apparently close to close one complex and put clients in another.

I simply needed for an overnight stay and had a choice of cheap, expensive or medium. This property was medium $100 but did not live up the photos and description on the website. The room was old, and tired. There were flys in the bedroom and the bathroom was very basic. Check-in ok, check-out no one there. Parking was safe. The other guests were very loud in the night, the walls are paper thin. The location for all things Cape Cod is good. For what I got, the property is overpriced.

Unfortunately I wasn’t thrilled with our recent stay - I had booked a nonsmoking room, yet it wreaked of cigarettes (even the bedding and towels), which made it difficult for me to fall asleep (luckily we weren’t otherwise hanging out in the room on this trip). There was also an ironing board but no iron, and no hair conditioner. It took asking twice for an iron and about 20 minutes to get one - which was not ideal as that gave us 10 minutes to iron before our plans.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The check in was so easy and the staff was friendly. The grounds and the rooms were very clean. It's a little on the older side, but we were very comfortable and I found it to be a great value!

Lobby smelled like weed all the time. The microwave was filthy. There were cobwebs around the AC unit. The baseboards were dirty. The toilet tank was loose and so was the seat. The AC fan smelled like urine and left a horrible smell in the unit.
