A Sylt vacation dream come true from 2021 awaits you at our “Friesenzauber” vacation home in Wenningstedt. Hidden beneath a classic thatched roof is a modern, top-of-the-line vacation home where you’re sure to spend the best time of the year.

As you enter the living room, your eyes are immediately drawn to the beautiful, large panoramic gas fireplace, which provides cozy warmth during the winter months. A cozy dining area, combined with a bench in the bay window, invites you to enjoy dinner together and relax. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need during your vacation. An induction cooktop with a range hood, oven, steamer, and microwave ensure a unique cooking experience.

From the living area, you can step out into your own garden with a terrace, which is furnished from April through October. An authentic Sylt beach chair and two sun loungers are also at your disposal. On the same level as the living area, you’ll also find a guest restroom.

The basement of the house features two stylishly furnished rooms, each with a double box-spring bed (one of which is extra-large at 210x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. Another highlight in the lower level of the house is a private steam sauna, which is combined with the shower in the bathroom. On the upper level, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There are also two more bathrooms on this level, one of which has a bathtub and shower. The attic of the house can be used as a reading room or home office; it features a desk and an armchair with a footstool, inviting you to relax and unwind.

Basement: Two rooms with double beds and Smart TVs, bathroom with rain shower / steam sauna and toilet. Utility/storage room with washing machine, separate dryer, and ironing equipment.

Upper Floor: One room with a double bed and Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, rain shower, and toilet; another room with a single bed and Smart TV; and an additional bathroom with rain shower and toilet.

Top Floor: Reading/work area with a desk and armchair

You’ll find a parking space at the house. There is an electric vehicle charging station available for a fee, and you can also charge your e-bikes for free. This property is a non-smoking residence where pets are not allowed.
