This property needs a lot of renovations. Elevators dated, rooms dated. Bathroom in our room was poor, toilet seat needed replacing, bathtub shower has permanent marks in the tub. Remotes full of dust, did not feel like a 4.5 star hotel at all. 3.5 at best in our opinion. Breakfast very average, older guests seem to be staying there and be enjoying it overall however for 2 people in our late 20’s, wasn’t impressive. Would not stay again. Hotel well located.

Friendly and polite staff who checked us in quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated the gesture from the management as well to mark our celebration. Lovely comfortable spacious room with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The bed was very comfortable and the location is also very good. The restaurant is good for dinner however the breakfast needs improvement as it’s got a small variety and is the same every single day. Overall highly recommended.

Lift not working. We were not informed. I had mom with me who is 64yrs and we had to take stair down from level three. Property even doesn’t have a porter to assist. Despite stating that night dinning is available upon enquiring we were advise to use uber eats. Not a good experience for new year

Worth a stay

It is a great location and an easy 2-minute walk into all the great shopping and restaurant district. Close to Ferry Terminal. Excellent cafe Oranga across the road for breakfast. The gym is too small, but the location makes it worth it.

Great place to stay.

A few minute's drive from the Ferry terminal to the hotel, which is excellent. Our Ferry was late, but the check-in desk was accommodating, professional and made us feel very welcome in the early hours of the morning. Excellent valet services, given we had three surf boards on the top of a Ranger. Room was warm and clean.
