I cannot rate the hotel or amenities because my room was given away to someone else before I arrived. They had no other rooms so I had to go to the Best Western up the road, which I found to be great. My advice, skip Red Lion and go to Best Western.

Everything was pretty well except the AC was really noisy. I want to give a shout out to the front desk attendant when I checked in, her name was Keke, hopefully I am spelling it right. She was absolutely delightful and super friendly and answered all of my questions I had. Thanks again keke!

The staff was very helpful, as much as they could be. However there were multiple issues with the available amenities. The quality of the towels in the room were awful- threadbare and very scratchy. One of our room's curtains had slashes all through it, so it did nothing to block light, and there were pinholes in another room's drape. There was no filtered water available AT ALL on the premesis- either for free or to pay for, because their water fountain was broken and they ran out of water bottles for the entire 3 days we were there. Their vending machine was also broken, so you couldn't get any sort of drink at all while at the hotel, There were no lids for the coffee cups available, and we had to ask every single day for lids for the paper to go cups so we could actually take our room coffee cups with us. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty with leaves and stuff, could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a couple days.

Room walls were dirty. Sing faucet was loose and not connected to vanity. Multiple lights out in the bathroom. Breakfast offered was pretty poor and not very good. If we are ever back in the area we won’t stay here again.
