We've stayed here quite a few times over the winter and each time our room has been very clean, the staff is very accommodating, complimentary breakfast is good. Nice they have a waffle maker to enjoy something hot for breakfast. The best future of this Quality Inn is the pool and hot tub! It is also clean and well maintained.

The beds felt nice, but the pillows were a bit too squishy. We also rented a room with a hot tub in it, and the tub jets were not working. I was also surprised to see the side door to the outside with a ziptie on it.

The pool & Hot tub were closed after an inspection, asked for by new owner. Talking with a staff member it seems the new owner has good plans for the pool. The ice machine also was not working, and again plans are for a new one. The hairdryer in my room did not work, but it's nightlight did. I would call before booking, not rely on info. from Hotels.com.
