Very clean, nice staff. Water in shower was a little slow to get hot, but it got there after a few minutes. The water pressure was amazing! I have thick hair and it actually feels clean!! The bed was very comfortable.

Nice. They absolutely need to address the lack of an exhaust vent in their bathrooms. Their going to have mold problems in the future if not. They showers are incredibly slippery. Huge liability concerns there. And my room deadbolt lock didn't lock. Making me reliant on just the metal flap lock for added security.

FIRST, THEY GAVE ME A DOOR KEY TO An OCCUPIED ROOM. THEN THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM LIKE I PAID FOR BUT BEING EXHAUSTED AND NEEDING A ROOM FOR A BED AND SHOWER TOOK THE ROOM THEY HAD. HOWEVER, THIS ROOM THE BATHROOM SINK WAS HALF FULL OF WATER THAT WOULD NOT DRAIN. THAT WAS GROSS TO SAY THE LEAST. THEN THE SMELL OF WHATEVER THAT SMELL WAS WAS GIVING ME A HEADACHE IT WAS WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT THIS HOTEL BUT IT WAS SO BAD I WILL BE TRYING OTHER PLACES FURTHER AWAY BEFORE I TAKE A CHANCE AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I ACTUALLY WANT A REFUND SINCE I WAS NOT GIVEN THE ROOM I PAID FOR AND THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
