I had an amazing stay at Kasa in Alexandria! From the moment I checked in, everything felt effortless. The building is clean, modern, and secure, with a welcoming atmosphere. My unit was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, plus easy access to public transportation. I especially appreciated how quiet the area was at night while still being close to the Old Town area. The self-check-in process was smooth. The amenities, like the fitness center and shared lounge, added to the overall experience.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay.

I’ve stayed in many places on DC over the last three decades, but this is in my top three for quality, and first for value. It’s less than half an hours walk from Potomac Yard (which has the best supermarket, don’t use the closer one) and I can’t fault it. Trying really hard to find something wrong, the shower pressure could be better!

Great property, lots of amenities. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work the first few hours and they fixed it right away. The surrounding area is a little rough if you are not used to a city and traveling alone, but otherwise, I think it would be fine for a stay for anyone used to city living.

Easy access with the check in codes. Great amenities - gym, bbqs etc. our studio felt more like a one bedroom apartment the way it was laid out, it was spacious and the bedroom was separated from the rest of the suite. Well stocked kitchen with equipment, we stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay again and for longer. Easy transport links into DC.

The apartment was dirty upon arrival. There was dog hair and crumbs on the floor, hair and boogers in shower, ac barely worked and the apartment and building smelled so bad! Also, the TV was in an odd place where you had to watch in an awkward position. There is no game room as listed and the theater didn’t work. Parking was 25.00 a night, not 11.00 as listed. I could have stayed somewhere way nicer for the same price, period.

The pictures are completely misleading. They took pictures of the apartments in the complex and have no pictures of where you will actually be staying which is a small studio apartment. The initial shock of walking in and not stepping into a place we paid for was really upsetting. But for a small studio space, it was clean and cute.

The only downside about this trip was that we were placed right next to the end of the hallway near double doors and we could hear when people would walk in/out because of the door slamming. Besides that, the room was beautiful and very affordable for our stay. Parking was pretty easy, and I enjoyed the thorough instructions we were given. The gym was also beautiful with a nice view. Stores and restaurants were conveniently located.
