Was double booked with another unit. And cancellation between Expedia and property management never happened, when they told me it would. So I now get charged double for a weeks stay. It’s ridiculous and criminal that they waited to last day to inform me. When communicating started from day one.

Enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was lovely and lively. The apartment mostly had everything I needed - except a washcloth. I also would have loved hand soap and a complimentary bottle of water. The space was very clean. I enjoyed the amenities of the building. I would stay again.

A/C would not go below 76 degrees. Last night I was there, it wouldn't go below 78. HOT!!! Nice building overall, but would not stay there again.

Overall a clean, inexpensive, convenient option for a stay in D.C. Communication via email/messaging was a bit disjointed; it seems like We Host uses a ticket system so when you submit an inquiry online, different people will message back, making it difficult to maintain a consistent line of communication. I would recommend directly calling We Host to discuss check in, parking, etc. We Host: please provide more toilet paper!!! There were only 1.5 small rolls for 3 adults for 3 full days. We ran out our last morning.

The area is nice however only 1 roll of toilet paper no enough soap and shampoo stove ligther not properly working no oil and no salt i have to buy all this items myself however apartment was.clean and neat
