Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. The listing advertised a double sofa bed, but the furniture provided was a futon. Because of this discrepancy, one guest had to secure alternative accommodations.We also encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival, including hair beneath the comforter in one of the beds.Addtional detailed house rules, such as visitor restrictions and financial penalties, were disclosed less than 24 hours before check-in and were not stated on the listing at the time of booking.The most concerning issue occurred around 2:00 a.m., when we returned to the property and found that the access codes for the main and back entrances no longer worked. We were locked outside for about 15 minutes and later learned the codes had been changed without notice due to a “security issue.” Another group in the same building experienced the same problem at the same time.While the host was responsive once contacted, they did not resolve many of the concerns and these combined issues significantly impacted our stay.
