*attempted re post since they keep flagging this review:( * Couldn’t find the hostel. They don’t have a person there. I call, they don’t speak English- okay no problem, they tell me to message on what’s app. They said it’s self check in “you have the instructions so use them” and then proceeded to tell me it was late and they were no longer working (it was approx 8pm) I was solo travelling as a female, to be treated this way was absolutely a disgrace. No reply to Expedia either when I filed a request to cancel- they couldn’t even get them on the phone. Also, I spoke to several locals and that specific area is extremely not safe: do not stay here if you can take my advice.

Hot and dusty.

Inside where the capsules were it was about 35 degrees. The pod had air but was just circulating the already hot air from the room so did nothing. The pod was ok but dust was found. The bathroom wasn't the best but this be down to other people that used it previously.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Its so warm inside the beds. The fans are not working well, and it's placed in a basement. So the air quality is really low. The beds were clean but the shared areas were dirty often. Also people stole our juice drinks from the fridge.. and people did not follow the rules either, so much noise even after 24:00
