The host was great , answered our questions promptly. The home is fantastic ! Had everything we needed for our stay . Deer visited the yard often. We found sand dollars and shells at the ocean . Relaxed in the hot tub . Then at night we enjoyed the open area to have dinner and enjoy games. It snowed and rained but with all the blankets we remained snug ..

Property had everything, full kitchen, hot tub was hot. Close walk to beach and very private/quiet area.Owner/host was amazing, was able to check in early and leave late. Would definitely stay here again

Spacious house with plenty of room to eat and gather with our extended family of 11 with 3 dogs. Comfortable beds, fun game room, nice hot tub and plenty of outdoor/beach supplies. A for best stocked kitchen with lots of extras! Plenty of dishes, cookware and cooking supplies. We were disappeared in the pokie grass that apparently in common for a few weeks in a dry summer. It did keep us from going barefoot in the grass, kids were unable to play in the yard and the pokies even stuck to the dogs' paws. Jen was quick to respond to any questions and/or comments we had. Actually, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Overall, we had a good time and made some good memories.

Oregon Coast Beachfront Gem

My family and I (6 adults) stayed at this adorable, eclectic beach farmhouse in February and had a wonderful time. The home is well-furnished with comfy beds and several gathering areas, including the outdoor firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans as well as plenty of serveware. Since we came during a very poor weather weekend, we didn't get to enjoy much of the 4-acre property, but the setting was beautiful, and we did walk down to the beach in the rain. We truly enjoyed our time together and would absolutely rent this in the future—hopefully when the weather is better (I think the weekend we stayed was the rainiest so far this winter). I will also say that the host was incredibly informative and even allowed us early check-in and late check-out. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful stay at the OR Coast

Our family and some friends had a great day at this property before New Year’s Eve. The property is exactly as advertised in the listing, it’s got all of the equipment that you need for a fantastic and relaxing family weekend, looking at the elk and the bald eagles flying around the property. The host were fantastic, very communicative, and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

Great place!

A great house for a family/friends!

First of all, the communication with the owner of the house was excellent. The house can accommodate up to 15 people which is difficult to find. The view was lovely and serene and we were lucky to see a couple of elk and several deer in the yard. We all enjoyed eating at the very large table on the deck. Seaside, Astoria, along with several golf courses, are nearby. Our ages ranged from 14 to the "none of your business" stage and all ages enjoyed their time at the house. We will certainly look forward to coming back to this rental.

Very disappointing. No beach view from house, Bedrooms super small, kids room had beds in the closet, 1 set of bunks we could not use the top because screws missing, stair railing was falling off and carpet needs to be removed. Neighbors were not welcoming and made sure you knew you were not welcome.

Perfectly Located, cozy beach house

This property was great for being able to enjoy nature - both the beach and all the nearby hiking trails. It’s close to Canon Beach and Seaside, so restaurants are easily accessible too. Had great adventures while we were here! Kitchen was well appointed for cooking, and the stash of blankets was a nice touch too.

Friends and Family

Had a great time on the Oregon coast! We had 8 people and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The upstairs provided a great gathering place for all of us, and the (adult) kids loved the game room downstairs. The beach was a further away than we anticipated, but it was a nice walk to get there. Loved the location between Astoria and Cannon Beach. Jen was very responsive to our questions. Great vacation!

A Delightful Short-term stay

The property and home are quiet, well maintained and full of things to do. We were there during a storm, so didn't spend too much time outside, but have NO complaints about the accommodations. Jen was a very responsive host and the "crew" did a wonderful job preparing everything for our arrival.

Great house for large extended family!

We had 12 people staying. It was a very easy house to navigate with a large party. The kitchen was small, but well set up and easy to navigate with several people working at a time. Our favorite part was the huge picnic table on the deck. The beds were all comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. It was a lovely place to stay. Thank you.

Beautiful home!!

We loved our stay here in Warrenton at this beautiful farm style beach house. It was very clean and had lots of room for our 3 families. We loved being outside in the evening and using the hot tub and fire pit. Loved walking down to the beach and some of our group even drove there. They allow cars on this beach. The beach is huge and beautiful. One thing I would say is make sure everyone (kids too) wear shoes as soon as they go outside or you will get little stickers in your feet. Kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. Loved the big outdoor table on the deck. This was our first time to the Oregon coast and we will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect Home and Location

We loved our stay and feel like we hit the wildlife lottery! Saw a seal on the beach that was resting up before going back to the ocean, saw several American Bald Eagles, Elk and a grey whale down the coast. Wonderful home and location! Thank you!!!

Great get away

It was just our family *2adults, 3kids. It had most amenities we are accustom to at home. The house sits on an amazing layout (4.5 acres) with west views thru out. The house is 6ksqft and great for kids to explore. We will be back.

Great spot even in winter

This is just a beautiful part of the country and the NSD farmhouse is a wonderful pad from which to enjoy it! Jen was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. The hot tub and fire pit were particularly clutch! Soooo nice to sit in a bubbling hot tub, steaming into the cold coastal air. We hiked in Ecola state park which was awe-inspiring. Would love to come back.
