site says "No Parking" which is obviously wrong. Straighten it out as it is confusing. Because i couldn't get any meaningful answer from the stupid chat box I almost didnt take the place.10am check out is B.S. And then VRBO offers a later checkout --for a fee. 11am is usual and this is just another way to ding customer.Place relatively clean but kitchen dishtowels and potholders grungry, stained.Any kitchen should have at least one non stick fry pan-this one doesn't. All the other p&ps were quality though.Not having dishwasher is pita, but we knew that going in. Not the biggest deal.On positive side: wife and daughterinlaw say its Cute. Proximity to Gore is a plus. Its quiet, despite being close to highway as rushing river drowns out noise. Interior is quiet too, ie room to room. The living area has great comfortable lounge chairs that can be turned to face each other for games or all one direction for movies. The river view is very nice. I can imagine its a great place in summer too. Fishing should be good if I can read water.
