Great little flat, perfect location for surfing and having a beer at the Oystercatcher. Also we rented at a cheap time of year which made it good value for the money, however I'm not sure it would be suitable for the rate that is high season. I must point out that the second double bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable and definitely needs a mattress update. The main double bedroom bed also seems to dip in the middle. The toilet seat was broken which was tricky and the shower drain was blocked, meaning the tray would overflow. I ended up taking out the cup bit in the plug out so it would run which was clogged with hair and sand, obviously this isn't something you should have to do on the first day in a holiday let.The house hasn't got central heating and uses electric heaters/ radiators, which is fine, however, being early Feb - when we arrived, the house was extremely cold, especially the conservatory dining area. I think it could be good if the host/ cleaner could turn a couple of the radiators on to warm the place up before guest arrival.Another suggestion would be to provide teabags and toilet paper as we would have expected this to be provided.
