Some of the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered, the young lady at my check in especially. The rooms are ok for the price, but I was in a room where the heater did not work. I called the front desk and was told they would be bringing a space heater. I asked why I would not be moved to another room. Finally that rude girl came to the door and said they would be moving me. The young man on that was at the desk the following morning was extremely polite and helpful, but at checkout, another rude young girl just like the one the night before.

It took 20 minutes to check in. No one was at the front desk. When my son and I finally got the room, the card didn’t work. Once we finally got to our room, we learned it was a smoking room. There was no mention of this. The whole hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. The room was very dirty, the remote was chewed up by maybe a baby or dog? The sheets felt rough and unclean. The bathroom was very dirty. We left 10 minutes after we checked in and just went home.

Generally okay but a few problems. Breakfast was absolutely minimal: coffee and sugary cereal. Hotel is 2 story but has no elevators for elderly. Of course all 1st floor rooms were unavailable. Pool was not clean for a summer visit.
