Toan Le the front desk manager was not a very nice man to deal with. He made us wait unnecessarily while the room was already clean just because it’s “their system“ I was surprised that Customer Service was not part of their system. He seem to enjoy, making us wait, and this will preclude me from returning to this hotel.

Amazing sea view with the fishing boats and cargo shipped - a little industrial, yes, but still beautiful and tranquil with them there. Lovely staff, very helpful. Room comfortable and clean. If you want things quiet, contained and simple for a couple nights and you need a spa massage - this place does the trick.

The staff and service at this hotel exceeded expectations. Food of a high standard. Mr Son the F&B manager ensured a very good stay with his personal attention. The General manager Ms Lim runs a very good hotel were all the staff ensure a relaxing, pleasant stay. Many thanks!

Very nice hotel in Vung Tau

Nice hotel with very beautiful view. Good buffet breakfast with many selection . I have dinner at the restaurant and overall is good. Fast check in and check out. I hope they can different activities during the day so the guest can do something besides swimming but overall you can tell the management team do a very good job so far.
