The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.

Garica, district of Garica. The villa is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.
