This property is located on the south end of VA Beach boardwalk, very beach-accessible. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was nice; I would stay there again. However, the price was too high for the facility, and they need to spruce up the hallways if they want to sell time-share or full ownership.

The location was good. The staff were very accomodating, brought up extra towels, a broom, and waters per request. The parking garage is sketchy...cleaning staff smoking pot...extremely tight quarters. Do not bring a large vehicle. It was also strange that as a paying customer we had to go outside despite stormy weather to get to the lobby after 11PM. The balcony was unsafe as the rails were too far apart...def don't meet code. The beds were comfortable and enjoyed the ocean view. I probably wont stay there again due to the above concerns.

Location is prime for beach and ocean views. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Staff was friendly and always looking to help with anything, but no daily service of the rooms or anything to clean up sand that gets in your room on floor were two things we weren't pleased with. It was also easy to hear others in rooms through the walls. Overall, the stay was good and the ease of access to everything along with the safety and security of the property outweighs the drawbacks. Parking is also fine, despite some reviews I saw...although tight through parking garage.

The facility was great, the staff was very friendly, and the amenities were excellent. However, the room we were given was terrible. It was extremely noisy, with constant disturbances from both guests and the staff. We were woken up every morning around 5:30 AM due to loud noises from the maintenance crew and hotel staff. There was also ongoing noise every time someone opened the lobby door. Aside from the noise issues, the place was clean, well-maintained, and had convenient beach access.

I loved that the room was right on the beach—it made for a beautiful and convenient stay. The indoor/outdoor pool access was a great bonus, and I appreciated the free parking in the garage. The only downside was the water in the room didn’t get hot enough—it stayed lukewarm, which wasn’t to my liking. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

The pictures were old so the hotel did not look like it did as advertised. The room was clean but the pull out bed matters had many stains on it and was paper thin. The beds were not a standard size queen. They were more like a double bed.

The neighbors next to us, were extremely loud until almost midnight. I didn't like that there was a door connecting our rooms, making it even easier to hear their disrespectful noise, screaming, blowing up an air mattress after 11 pm, throwing something against our wall repeatedly, adults and children screaming. I called in a noise complaint at 11 pm. It carried on for at least another 45 minutes. There was a large cockroach in the bathtub. We left a day early. Won't return or recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Quarters Resort this year while on our vacation. The staff was very polite, accommodating and very friendly. My family are all adults now so having the opportunity to obtain a suite was relieving. In addition to having separate rooms, it had a kitchen as well (small oven/air fryer, sink, dish washer, fridge, and stove top.) The best part was the Ocean view from the 7th floor, breath taking. The only negative thing i can think of is the parking garage can be a little challenging, its really tight going down. But it is not that bad. All and all my family had a blast this year at the beach and we had a wonderful place to come back to and enjoy the view. I would be be happy to stay there again next year.

Nice hotel but at over $500/night, I’d expect nicer. Room was not ready at check in. Had to wait nearly two hours. Big water puddle in outside hallway we had to walk through.
