Check in is at 4. We arrive at 5. One of our suites ready to go, the other took 2.5 hours to be ready. Made for an uncomfortable welcoming. Staff did not know how long it would take. There was no communication amongst staff. Nothing was even offered to me for the inconvenience! I’m not sure I would visit here again.

We were in town for the Shamrock Marathon and on the eve of the marathon the room next to us was so loud! We called security twice and they did nothing so we had to go to the front desk to get a new room. (Which we had to request) They did move us - at midnight. I wish they had done more to help us. Every room is ocean front so that was amazing.

The main thing i didn't like was having to swipe your key card to get in garage elevator and back to lobby that was crazy and annoying

I did not like the fact that you could not smoke on the balcony. On my last visit I was able to smoke, but on this visit a sign was posted saying no smoking allowed on the balcony. The designated smoking area was too far away in a hole in the parking garage.

Had an awesome time. Rooms were clean and had a breathtaking view of the beach. Only had issue with one desk attendant, the others were awesome & the pullout is horrible. Overall the experience was great. Have already booked for August.

Positives: Front desk staff were great. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Negatives: Parking garage is terrible. Had to drive backwards down ramp because of a car that parked poorly. We could not make sharp turn to go down ramp. Shower/tub combo was also less than desirable….in the room… no door. Had to straddle the tub to get in and out. The shower head was hanging by a thread. Had to call to front desk so they could tell us how to turn on shower which was under the facet. TV was fuzzy. Not HD.

I liked this place a lot and would definitely stay again. The only thing that is a little odd is the huge combination tub/shower. It's just difficult to get in and out off. Otherwise, the room is a nice size. Kitchenette is great. And the whole place has great amenities for all guest.

Great time and location

We had a great experience. Great location. Smelled like weed, but not the fault of the hotel. Felt comfortable and safe. The room was very clean and the check-in and check out was super fast. They communicated very well and helped us prepare for a marathon day and road closures. Offered discounts at restaurants and made great recommendations. Good time all around.

Does Not Communicate Well

Unfortunate case of poor communication. Road closures delayed my departure from the the facility for 1 1/2 hours causing me to not only miss my flight but be charged and extra day on my rental car because it was not returned on time. I received no communication when I checked in surrounding the event that caused road closures. There were no emails or text messages received. After the fact, the front desk told me there were papers put up in the elevator regarding the event but I did not need to ride the elevator during my stay. I would not book again based solely on professionalism. I did not appreciate being gas lit when I asked about how guest were notified. In addition, the rooms and hallways were a bit run down and daily housekeeping was not available.
