Beautiful three-room on the first floor of a terraced house. The house is just off the main square of the country more or less 700 meters from Simius Beach 1.5 Km. The house is equipped with all facilities and comprises living room and kitchenette, two bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the living room and bedroom, bathroom, veranda and garage. The veranda is spacious and allows you to dine outdoors.

Vergognoso...Il prezzo corrisposto è ingiustificabile

Vergognoso... Il prezzo corrisposto è ingiustificabile rispetto alla scarsa qualità del servizio offerto. A pari prezzo si trova alloggio migliore e completo. l'appartamento, seppur pulito e carino ed utilizzato poche ore, non è confortevole. Frigorifero di 30 anni rotto e sostituito in 36 ore da altro di scarsa qualità che non raffredda bene. I letti singoli e divano letto nella cameretta hanno reti a molle vecchie e sfondate, si dorme storti ed in pendenza. Il divano in sala è quasi inutilizzabile, si sentono le sbarre da sotto i cuscini. La televisione funziona a tratti per mancanza di una antenna adeguata. Ci sono 3 prese libere che devono essere usate per i ventilatori, solo 1 presa multipla che fatica a tenere su le spine. La porta della doccia non si chiude completamente con conseguente fuoriuscita di acqua. Mancava porta oggetti nella doccia poi fornito e i porta asciugamani si staccano quasi tutte le volte che si prende l'asciugamano. mancanza di un microonde, mi è stato risposto di usare il forno (con temperature medie a Luglio di 40 gradi). L'annuncio presente sul sito è poco trasparente: -Non cita in alcun modo ulteriori 50€ dovuti per le pulizie finali -Conferma "asciugamani disponibili" e "biancheria fornita in loco", ma non dice che sono a pagamento -mancanza di aria condizionata in questi territori e per il periodo è irragionevole (soprattutto visti i costi di installazione irrisori del giorno d'oggi). L'annuncio furbescamente non la cita, c'è ANCHE nostra man

appartement conforme à la description,bien accueilli par les propriétaires Dommage que l'environnement ne soit pas agréable.(beaucoup de vis à vis ) quelques points à améliorer: Il faudrait penser à changer les matelas qui sont très usagés. Il fait très très chaud dans l'appartement, table de la terrasse pas adaptée pour 5 personnes. aucun matériel de plage à disposition ce qui serait bien agréable surtout quand on arrive en avion

Bella vacanza .

Casa comoda e attrezzata, strategica posizione in quanto vicino ai supermercati, cento abitato e mare. Si dorme bene zona residenziale silenziosa. L'unica pecca manca il condizionatore, la casa è calda, ci sono i ventilatori ma se dice di fare caldo non bastano. Inoltre portatevi qualche tripla per presa di corrente perché mancano. Anche per il phon serve un adattatore. La TV c'è si accende, ma non si prende nessun canale. Mancano le bagiour nelle camere per leggere. Il resto tutto benissimo, la Signora è molto carina e super disponibile. Abbiamo fatto una bella vacanza. Grazie a presto. Silvia

L’appartamento è molto accogliente. ben arredato, arioso e fornito di tutto il necessario.

Ha un grande terrazzo dove si può cenare. Il sole batte solo al mattino e quindi non fa molto caldo. Non c’e Il condizionatore e nelle giornate molto calde potrebbe servire. I proprietari sono molto gentili e affidabili.
