I cannot say enough about our stay here. We are Americans and used to airport hotels. St. Lucia does not have airport hotels, they have small guest houses. We were stranded as a result of the big storm in the US on January 25 2026. We had nowhere to stay. We chose Nerv's because of the proximity to the airport, literally across the road. We figured if something else happened, at least we were close. We were stressed out and upset by everything. I almost cried when we arrived at the beautiful property and the owner welcomed us with a big, loving hug. Our little apartment with loft was so CLEAN, welcoming, lovely. Honestly? Better than the big resort we stayed at. We were able to walk to the little beach bars nearby, and to Coconut Bay for a day pass the next day. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, they had water and beer in the fridge for us, little amenities, everything was just wonderful. Also they run a taxi and boat service - you can get anywhere. I left my swimsuit at Coconut Bay - they sent me in a taxi at no charge back to get it. I was going to walk. We want to thank everyone at Nerv's for the lovely St. Lucian hospitality, the love, and the kindness during what was a very stressful time for us. Truly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I actually want to come back and stay again even if we book a resort. We were made to feel like family. And the price was excellent too. Thank you to everyone at Nerv's for being so kind to us.
