The room was very clean with very nice design. The staff has been very friendly and incredibly helpful - I happened to drop my phone in the flood during the sudden downpour, right before we were taking the taxi to the ferry terminal, one of the staff at El Blok saved my day by helping find it out, which I cannot appreciate more.

The hotel offered everything as advertised. Great location, and the staff were very helpful and kind. They made it clear what to expect, what was included, and what wasn’t. The room was tidy and clean, and the daily refresh service was provided during our two-night stay. If you rent a car, there’s a large parking lot right in front of the hotel (Esperanza Beach), where you can leave it.
