Hotel, front (reception), and restaurant staff were fun.
Issues hotel only is a relatively small hotel so it seemed understaffed. I sent an email via the Expedia app and never received a response. Tried regular customer email and got a nonsensical email, it’s possible that the staff member who responded didn’t understand because English is not her first language.
The biggest issue is I placed a sign on my hotel room door for no housekeeping services but I could tell some entered my room without my permission (or to a certain extent). The room was partially cleaned like trash roomed and now towels are hanging on the wall. Bed wasn’t made and no new toilet paper rolls. If the staff member was not going to follow directions to not clean then I expect them not to enter my room. If staff member is going to enter then cleaning correctly is expected.
I don’t know if this is a cultural issue but I never had this type of experience in all my travels.
