Vienna at New Year

Very comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in a great location. U bahn stations are only 10-15 minute walk away. The Prater amusement park is also a very short walk away. Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful.

Zentral und neu

Sehr schön renoviertes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr bequemes Bett. Top, dass WC und Bad getrennt ist. Aufzug. Dachterrasse wird gerade hergerichtet. Schönes Gebäude, was gerade innen renoviert wird. Vom Zimmer blick auf die Türme des Hundertwasser Hauses. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und schön. Bäcker und Billa direkt um die Ecke. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin etwas spärlich und die Zugangsdaten kamen erst als wir schon vor der Haustür standen. Nach dem etwas umständlichen Bezahlvorgang kamen auf meine SMS gar keine Rückmeldungen mehr. Habe auch keine Quittung erhalten. Der Kühlschrank lief oft und war nachts sehr laut. Durch die Lüftung im Bad und WC kam immer Zigarettengestank. Der Ausstieg aus der etwas hochgestellten Badewanne ist nicht gerade barrierefrei.

Très mauvaise expérience

Attention, l'appartement n'est pas fait pour 3 personnes. Les equipements mentionnés sont faux. Nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement en esperant y trouver un canapé-lit. Il s'agit en fait d'un simple sofa, qui n'a même pas la forme d'un lit. En remontant l'information au proprietaire, celui-ci nous a indiqué que cela etait normal et qu'il ne voyait pas le problème. Aucun de nous ne tenait entièrement dans le canapé. Pour couronner le tout, l'appartement n'avait été preparé que pour deux personnes. On nous a apporté des draps à 1h00 du matin qui sentait le tabac froid. La gestion de notre dossier a été désastreuse, aucune aide ne nous a été apportée pendant notre sejour, pas de relogement possible. Bref, à eviter pour 3 personnes.

Wonderfull appartment, brandnew and very luminous due to the big windows in the attic. Communication excellent . Only problem we had with not enough hot water,cehich was fixed promptly
