This is a very nice property in a great location. Only about a 15 minute walk to the inner harbor, and lots of stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We also appreciated the secure underground parking and being able to bring our dog! The unit was also decently clean and very well stocked with basic foodstuffs, things to cook with, cutlery, towels, and the patio space is huge. However, it was not perfect, and for the very high nightly price, we found it to be a little bit lacking. The hosts did not respond to any messages through the VRBO app, they did not respond to questions we had before we arrived, and we emailed them 3 times through our stay, of which only the first was answered.The unit does not have any air conditioning, which got uncomfortable on really warm nights. As well, none of the windows have bug screens. So we had to choose between a comfortable temp and having bugs in the condo all the time. All of the TV boxes did not work for the majority of our stay. The patio furniture was honestly VERY worn and dirty, covered in bird poop and clearly not cleaned in a very long time. Some of the foodstuffs were expired by quite a long time, and the fridge water filter needed to be changed awhile ago. No shower mats, which was a safety concern especially in the main bathroom. While the patio is great, you don't get very much of a view except for the top of Craigdarroch Castle. And with how dirty it was we did not use it.
