This luxury three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom townhouse with two secure underground parking stalls is located across the street from Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum. You are sure to enjoy being one block from BC's Parliament building, less than two blocks from Victoria's inner harbour, and walking distance to several playgrounds, James Bay Square and Cook Street Village.
A unique feature of this 1800-sq-ft townhouse is that it includes direct access into the parking garage. The townhouse comes with a secure underground EV Level 2 Charging Station and which is located at the two parking spots of the unit. The Level 2 Charging Station charges faster than a standard 110v outlet. Electric charging fees are for the guest's account.
The main floor includes a fully equipped granite and stainless steel kitchen, a natural gas stove, a breakfast bar, heated hardwood floors throughout and a half bathroom. There are even two east-facing bay windows, an electric fireplace and a Bluetooth Sound System.
The front door of the townhouse is on Superior Street and the extra large patio spans the corner of Superior Street and Douglas Street. Access to the patio is through beautiful french doors just off of the dining area. There you will find a natural gas BBQ with ample space for entertaining.
The second floor has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bay window and queen-sized bed (one is a murphy bed for versatility), a tile and granite bathroom, laundry, and a media room with two leather recliners that look into the park. Just like the main living area, the large windows on this floor make it bright and cheery.
The top level is a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed (that can be reconfigured into two twins), a long walk-in closet, a Juliet balcony and a bathroom suite that includes heated floors and a shower big enough for two adults.
Every floor includes wifi and smart TVs with cable channels and a Netflix subscription. This unique rental offering is available on a 30 day minimum basis.
With over 200 acres of park land, Beacon Hill Park is the crowning jewel in Victoria's park system. There are natural areas, manicured flower beds, footpaths and many sports and play features for the whole family to enjoy. Beacon Hill Park has an abundance of natural features, including the native Garry Oak ecosystem with spectacular spring shows of blue flowering camas and native wildflowers, large grasslands and Douglas-fir woods. Meandering footpaths offer long strolls among manicured flower beds and features for the whole family to enjoy. Kite enthusiasts, paragliders and sailboarders can also take advantage of the open vista across the Strait of Juan De Fuca. Beacon Hill Park has an important status as Mile "0", the western terminus of the of the 8,000 kilometre Trans-Canada Highway.
