The property includes 6 self-contained apartments with kitchens, 9 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms — ideal for groups of up to 20 people.

We are located in Monferrato, between Milan, Turin, and the Langhe hills.

THE SPACE

Casa Viarigi is a historic multi-level residence made up of 6 independent apartments, perfectly suited to host groups of up to 20 guests.

Each apartment includes:

A living area with dining table, sofa, and fully equipped kitchen

1 or 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms

A private bathroom with shower

In total, the house features:

6 bathrooms

6 kitchens with oven, stove, fridge, and cookware

Bed linens and towels included

Free Wi-Fi throughout the property

The interiors are decorated with original artworks created by international resident artists.

On the ground floor, you'll find a Wine Bar offering breakfast, aperitifs, and private events.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property: six fully equipped apartments, each with living room, kitchen, and bathroom — totaling 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

You’ll also have access to:

The Wine Bar on the ground floor during open hours or for private events upon request

A spacious furnished terrace

Shared interior spaces such as staircases, landings, and the historic entrance

The adjacent restaurant, open to the public but just across the street

No areas are shared with other guests – the entire building will be reserved for your group only.

Upon request, we can provide spaces for group activities such as yoga classes, cooking workshops, tastings, or guided tours.

The property is located in the historic center of Viarigi. Cars are allowed for luggage drop-off, and free public parking is available just a few steps away.

The house spans multiple levels connected by indoor staircases (no elevator).
