The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the non smoking area. There was a leak of what looked to be dirty water being collected by a bucket from the ceiling outside of my room. There was only one staff member on during an evening check in to take care of everything going on in a packed/full hotel. And the worst part is I was told the hotel had confirmed bed bugs, and did not inform guests. There was a room quartered off for this reason. I called and was directed to leave a message with the manager regarding my concerns, which I did and this manager did not get back to me. Do not stay here.

The rooms in the old tower are like a sauna and the AC does not work. Switched rooms 4 times. Their dine-in only breakfast also makes no sense!

Smells like cigarettes throughout, pool is unclean

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette. It was hard to sleep with the strong smell of cigarette. The kids had fun at the pool but the way that the water slide was designed, many of the kids were hurt by hitting their heads/hips on the side of the slide as it drops and changes directions. There was a lot of black and green mold in the pool area. I would not stay here again. The pictures online look nice but they are definitely not current, they must be 20-30 years old because the hotel does not look like that now.

Everything was good EXCEPT for my husband and daughter with smoke allergies, walking down the hallway on the 1st level was terrible. The stale smell of smoke was a bit much to bear to say the least. The good was the pool and waterslides were thoroughly enjoyed by the children and you had a nice breakfast in the morning. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I do hope that you get the smoke smell under control as that may be a stay or don't stay deciding factor for us. Thank you Sandra

The hotel is older but well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious and functional. Staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The free breakfast is nothing fancy but there was enough to choose from. Great value for the price.

Very dated, smells like smoke and must. Pool is ok, but water on one slide goes off, plus all of the windows are covered in algae and mold. The hotel is just original from 1970 or so including the toilets, tubs, etc, So don’t expect much.
