The apartment is in a great location being a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. The Rialto Mercato waterbus stop is also close by so very easy to get from and to the airport. Communication was good as you were connected with Simone via WhatsApp ahead of your stay and we were met by Ricardo and taken to the apartment so didn’t have worry about getting lost. Simone was also very kind to let us leave our bags in the apartment until 3pm on our last day as we had an early evening flight. It is on the second floor so if you have difficulty with stairs this would be a problem as there is no lift. It is also split over two floors so there is another sets of quite steep stairs inside. The apartment was clean and tidy and has all the basics with both air con and heating. The kitchen is very small so absolutely fine if you are there for a long weekend but you would struggle if you wanted to use it for much more than making breakfast . It has two bathrooms which is a bonus especially as we found we could not get hot water in one of the showers. The main bedroom is a good size but there was no wardrobe in the third single bedroom which is ok for a long weekend but not great for longer stays. The boiler is located in the top floor bedroom and is very noisy so not ideal for anyone sleeping up there (obviously not an issue in the summer). Unfortunately our visit ended with the cleaner being very rude to us which was not how we wanted to remember our stay.

L'appartamento curato, pulito e con una posizione comodissima, comodissimo anche il check inn fai da te, l'unica cosa a voler essere perfezionisti ci vorrebbe un altro divano e una tv più grande, per il resto perfetto.
