Accommodating gated community needs to know that you are coming 15 days before you arrive if you’d like to use their amenities. This Home has its own private pool and hot tub, overlooking a beautiful pond preserve. House comes fully loaded, with Beach gear. Garage & laundry room, desk, printer. Up to two dogs allowed, no vicious breeds. No cats or other kinds animals. Close to Beach, restaurants, and shopping . At the center of it all! Gated community with resort style clubhouse. Open floor plan tastefully decorated. Additional non-refundable $500 processing clubhouse fee will be collected after booking if you want to use the clubhouse and their amenities.through the Gran Paradiso fee is collected when filling out the online application, they also do a background check. In addition, if you use the clubhouse, they will Pet additionally charge you $20 per person on the lease for use of their facilities and that will cover your entire stay. 28 day minimal rental for February and 30 day minimal rental for the rest of the year. Please book in advance to avoid any processing issues. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped, and maintained property.

heated pool and hot tub. The view out the back was really nice of the lake and trees, so peaceful. We always ate out on the lanai. The pool at the community center was like a resort. It was nice to be close to wellen park too. We enjoyed the live music there. and the beauty of the lake

Gran Paradiso

We stayed for 2 months at this property, and loved it. Great neighborhood, near beaches and restaurants, and Wellen Park has nightly entertainment. Home is well furnished, and the pool is wonderful. Owner was very responsive on two very minor issues that came up. Highly recommend!
