The property itself is beautiful—charming Venetian architecture, elegant interiors, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. This hotel is located on the fanciest street in Venice where all the high end couture shops are. We stayed in a quadruple family room with a separate room of twin beds for the boys. The room was great. My only suggestion is to bring converters as they don't have many USB or other charging areas in the rooms. The hotel has its own water dock if you want to come via boat.

I can't say enough good things about Saturnia Hotel. It is conveniently close to two vaporetto stops (Giglio and San Marco), so easy to reach with luggage. Our room was very clean, warm and spacious, with a sitting area and a desk. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent. plenty of options and wonderful, attentive service. All the staff were very professionnal and friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, friendly staff, spacious/clean room and great buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return to Venice, this would be our go to hotel. Only problem was that loud renovation works were being carried out above us, but luckily we were out all day (9am-5pm).

Loved loved this property! Walkable to everything in Venice and water taxi if wanted to go further. Terrific breakfast included and bar if you wanted to chill after a day of sightseeing. We took advantage or the direct water taxi to the hotel. Was a great introduction to Venice. Mirko set this up. Mirko also gave us a coupon for a tour at the glass factory and we saw a demonstration of the Murano glass blowing. He is fabulous! Friendly and very helpful. He did get a bit frustrated with me as I wanted to use my phone directions to get to the water taxi. He encourage me to put down the phone and listen to him. Thanks for trying Mirko but I was nervous about navigating the streets to get to our tour in time. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beds very comfortable !! Ciao Robin T🇮🇹🍝

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The concierge was especially helpful, taking the time to walk me through everything on the map. Our room was very clean, and we loved that it had two full bathrooms and three sinks—a huge plus for a Triple room. Breakfast was included and offered a nice assortment of breads, fruits, and beverages. We also opted for the door-to-door taxi service; it was pricey, but definitely worth it since we were traveling with elderly family members. There were plenty of outlets in the room, but since it’s an older building, make sure to bring your own converter; I didn’t notice any USB ports. A great plus for shopping: all the high-end stores are right outside the building as soon as you step out. Cons: – The hair dryer wasn’t great, so I recommend bringing your own. – No USB ports available. – Our room was on the 1st floor, and it was very noisy at night due to crowds outside near the shops. As for a room facing away from the main st.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice! Very nice classy hotel, great buffet breakfast with Prosecco the staff will go out of their way for you! Was able to exchange cash for euros at a great price at the front desk at the front desk! Explained everything about Venice told us where to go, even took us on a beautiful complementary water taxi ride to a murano glass factory and back. Love the hotel, the big windows we could open at night and let the fresh air of Venice in our room Bar carvella hotel bar a great place to get a glass of Prosecco and just sit and watch people walk by the windows. We absolutely loved our stay. Situated right in San Marco where everything is.and Easy to get anywhere else you wanna go.

Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were super attentive and deserve acknowledgment. This hotel has a long family run history with efficient service from reception. We are happy we picked this hotel. It was clean and serviced daily. There was a lot of street noise which died down by midnight each night when it became peaceful and we slept with our windows and curtains open (mid October stay). The decor and room design is an eclectic mix of venetian glass art and art deco furnishing that I guess captures some of the essence of Venice. we used the 15 euro waterbus to access hotel from the train station, but don't get off at Rialto stop as Google maps will direct you. Go on instead to a much closer stop, which makes the hotel only about a 5 minute walk from the waterbus stop. Otherwise, the hotel can organise personal water taxi to their back loading area if the tides are right (but much more expensive). Once you are there, it is a close walk to St Mark's Square and so much exploring and dining options near and around the hotel. We saw lots of Venice with this hotel as our base.
