The apartment was in a great neighborhood. A10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The street was very quiet. The apartment itself was huge. Large master bedroom, very large living/dining room, and high ceilings in all rooms. The kitchen had everything you could want. Absolutely a 5 star rental.

The location was great, being close to areas we wished to visit. We were met by Marco who made the check in easy. The property is clean, comfortable and very nice. The property description indicates there is a washer, which was inaccurate, but overall everything was very nice. Thanks for the stay!

Great location in Venice

Close walk to many of the major areas, easy access to water taxies, and availability of lots and lots of wonderful places to eat and shop at made this a great location. The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Quiet and Beautiful

Spacious, well-lit apartment with excellent A/C. Two bedrooms, one much more spacious than the other. Great for families, a bit less equitable if two couples. It is super clean and well-supplied. Loved this property!

The apartment was perfect! Right in the middle of everything, easy to walk to differ parts of Venice. We were greeted at check in and given some suggestions where to go. Would highly recommend this apartment

Spacious, quiet and classy apartment in a great location

We loved everything about this apartment. How spacious the living room and bathrooms were, how quiet and comfortable the bedrooms were. The classy furnishings and appliances and the most convenient location 2 minutes from the water bus stop and a 15 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Everything was spotless, Lucca gave us a wonderful welcome and Enrica was available via whatsapp and quick to reply throughout our stay. Highly recommend this apartment and the Views On Venice team.

Venice our Home Away from Home

Anna Lisa is so responsive and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, beds are comfortable and is walkable to most historical sites and amazing restaurants. We recommend this apartment and would definitely be back if opportunity arises. Thank you for giving my family a safe and clean haven while we were away from our home.

Lovely apartment!

Ca' Grassi was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is very large with high ceilings and large windows. Everything was clean and the kitchen, although small, is bright, modern and well equipped. It's location is super for sightseeing around Venice. Thank you to the staff of Views on Venice for meeting us at the waterbus stop, showing us around the flat and for the tips on getting around in Venice. Great stay!

Comfortable and quiet centrally located apartment in Venice.

This apartment was exactly as described. Very easy to get to via vaporetto stop S. Samuele, no bridges to lug our suitcases over. The bathrooms were large and the shower in one had good water pressure. The kitchen was well organized but we only used it for morning cappuccino. A very nice trattoria nearby with topical Venetian dishes.

This apartment is SO NICE! A very comfortable two bed/two bath that is somehow undersold by the nice pictures on the listing. I can't recommend this place enough. Our host was extremely helpful and even set up a glass blowing factory tour for us. I love this apartment. Living room is very large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were both very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was much needed and much appreciated. The location is very central, in San Marco, very close to a water bus stop and close to restaurants and cafes. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Venice.

Our stay in Venice was absolutely wonderful, and while the apartment itself was fantastic, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible support we received from the host company.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore Venice and experience everything this beautiful city has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home from the moment we arrived.What we will remember most, however, is the outstanding level of service. Traveling to Venice can be a little intimidating for first-time visitors, but the host company made everything effortless. They arranged a private water taxi for our arrival and even met us at the dock to personally walk us to the apartment. That level of care immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of.The true test of great hospitality came when our flight was unexpectedly canceled. Instead of leaving us to figure things out on our own, the team stepped in and went above and beyond. They helped us secure accommodations for an extra night and coordinated transportation back to the airport. During what could have been a very stressful situation, they made everything smooth and manageable.It’s easy to find a nice apartment, but it’s rare to find a host company that genuinely cares about its guests and is willing to go the extra mile when things don’t go as planned. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness made a lasting impression on our family.

2nd stay in this apartment & loved it as much as the first!

Beautiful and charming apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. Lovely updated bathrooms and kitchen add to the character. My 2nd stay here was wonderful. Added to the great apartment, the property manager, Views on Venice, is amazingly responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The only downside is the 37 stairs to the apartment. They didn't deter me!! Thanks so much!!

Very convenient.

Communication was excellent as was the pre arrival service and the location. There was a shortage of equipment in the kitchen. Only having one chopping board meant constant washing.

Incredible place in lovely location

Arrival was easy-property met half of family day before, and arranged (& then rearranged due to Bezos wedding) transportation for rest from airport. Location is just 2-3 min walk from San Samuele water taxi stop. airport. Apartment is huge and very clean. There are steps (just fyi). Plenty of space for 2 kids and 2 adults, & extra bathroom was appreciated! Kitchen has equipment although missing oil/spices (if you are cooking). Location is great: quiet but easy access to everything. There are local cafes & 2 grocery areas easily within 2-4min walk. Would absolutely recommend and if have chance, would definitely return!

Great property, with convenient locations to everything you need and want to see, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, kitchen fully equipped with appliances. The management is very helpful and fast responsive, they may help you with transfers and recommendations of what you may want to see and where to enjoy your meal, which is a huge help for first timers! Special thank you to Sara who kindly and patiently lead us through out the process with arrival and transportation! And to Amin for meeting us at the deck and for fast check in. I really appreciate his hospitality, patience and kindness! There were no questions left behind! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location

This apartment easily gets 5 full stars! It was immaculately clean, perfectly situated, and everything our family (2 adults and 2 teens) could have asked for. It was in a quiet part of Venice and yet only a 10-15 minute walk to everything you want to go to. A grocery store was a few blocks away and the fully-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook most nights. We went in the middle of a heat wave and the A/C and fans were most delightful and worked very well. Our daughter enjoyed a cool bath most afternoons. There are stairs going up, but they are well-lit at night with the switches and it is not laborious. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you for a great stay!

Communication was great! We were met where the water boat dropped us off and she walked us over to the apt and showed us around the apt and gave recommendations. Only thing is there was no espresso to make coffee—there was only instant coffee, which is not the same. But that’s minor issue unless you really need it at home, then you may want to bring some :)
