The property is very dirty the showers have black mold growing swirch to three different rooms and they all had the same problem. I have pictures to prove it unfortunate i can't unloaded them here. Overall very unsanitary place to stay.

Always a good stay

The staff is always professional, the lobby is active and inviting. Great value for a clean room, close to the train station. Even though it’s a busy place, the rooms are amazingly well-insulated from any noise. The coffee machine didn’t work but the staff made up for this. I recommend getting g caffe from the bar.

It is a great place.

It is basic without coffee machine or microwave or refrigerator. But it is clean and adequate. The lobby area is good for social and study.

Great price, but be prepared...

Not good for a family trip. Room was not clean and we had very noisy youngs as neighbors. Breakfast was decent. Location is good, very near Mestre train station (300m) with direct access to Venice.

One member of our group forgot their passport in another city. The hostel staff kept saying we needed a document from the police to verify his identity. When we went to the police station they told us that document didn't exist. The officers told us that the digital copy of the passport would work and they even looked up our friend in their system to see if his visa was valid and that he wasn't a criminal. The hostel staff continued insisting that we could be using Photoshop or AI to fake our friend's passport and even after a video call with the police they wouldn't yield. We were looking to have a nice two-day trip in Venice but this hostel experience ruined the trip.

A great budget-friendly hostel with all the basic amenities and effective heating in the room. The reception area was spacious with plenty of seating and a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal for travellers, with bus and train stops nearby. However, there was a small issue with some mould in the washroom, which could be addressed. Overall, a good value for the price!
