Really lovely hotel, our room was modern, clean and comfortable - and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places for food and drinks within a 10 minute walk (brunch at Nemesis Coffee was worth the queue out the door!) The local area definitely has some social challenges but we never felt remotely unsafe - just something to be aware of.

Newly Renovated and Wonderful

Love this botique hotel! We got a room with an ensuite bathroom and everything seems newly renovated. They installed an elevator and the entrance is now at street level. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The only feedback about the place is that it's not in a safe neighborhood 😕. Too many homeless and drugs in the are so you should be cautious at all times. The hotel and staffs are all amazing and we loved our stay. Very clean and all brand new. Location is great other than the drugs and homeless people. We highly recommend this place.

Downtown Convenience

They are remodeling so some construction “mess” but not noisy. Beautiful room-very clean and comfortable. Small lobby, few amnesties. Right downtown Vancouver so convenient for getting to places. Parking is in a garage a block away from the hotel. At night you use your keycard to get in the lobby off the street. Haven’t seen staff much.
