This is a very basic hotel located near the airport. It is dated and very basic. However, the staff were nice and helpful. When our first room at the hotel, which was non-smoking, had obviously been smoked in, they very quickly moved us to a new room (even helping with our bags) without fuss. I wouldn't stay here unless you had an early flight like we did but it was fine for a single night.

The location is great, this was a business trip so getting to customers in the \Vancover area is good. Expedia should let people know there is $10.00 parking fee per night. The property and rooms need a face lift and the WiFi is so slow I had to use my hotspot.

The first room smelt like an ash tray and the second room given the mini fridge was so loud humming sounding like it was going to explode. There was no way to unplug it as all the plugs were behind the unit and i was to tired (at this point it was not 1230) I just laid there until 530 when i had to get up for my flight.

Staff were great. Room was a very nice size. Definitely needed some repairs, however minor. The only disappointment was they still have "stupid" tvs. They need an upgrade, as well as better cable. Other than that, I would certainly come back. The manager was awesome with helping us with a minor problem due to my mistake. Would recommend.

There was no internet in my room, I went to the front desk, they said I had to call this 1-800 number to have the provider come out, so I did that, provider came out said it should work now, when I got back to room there still was no internet in my room.
