We had the whole upper part of the house with a fenced private yard with tables, chairs, gazebo, barbecue, and propane heater. The house is in a very quiet, beautiful area and we went walking quite a bit. The host was very easy to communicate with. There is a Safeway and a Starbucks within four minute drive so it was very convenient. There is also a Chinese market about a minute drive away. It was very comfortable staying here.
