Nice enough building, but more negatives than positive for us. Small rooms. Pool broke down an hour after check in while we were in swimsuits ready to get in. Parking is an outrageous $60 a night and difficult to get in/out for driving around. There was no comp for the reduced pool facilities which was the reason i selected this hotel. Overall would not stay again.

From check in to check out, all staff encountered were courteous, helpful, and found answers to questions if they did not have the answers immediately available. Our suite was very well prepared, clean and well maintained. Likewise access to the lounge was simple, the service and the food suited us completely for breakfast, and snacks throughout the day.

Loved our stay at the Sheraton wall. The hotel was modern, clean & quiet. Right downtown, and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Our only complaint is that the parking was a bit inconvenient- big underground parkade, not close in proximity to our room. The pool and hot tub and gym area were great, but again, a jaunt across the hotel and plus 15 walk ways. Unfortunately no breakfast is included, and there is no microwave in the room.

Lovely!

Loved loved loved staying here. Such a great downtown location. Bike Share available to make downtown transportation easy. Stayed in a room with Club Lounge access with we thought was great. Disappointed in the TV in the room - old technology that was slow and couldn’t connect to devices. Loved our stay and would stay again without a doubt. Gardens in front were so lovely and the lights in the trees at night were magical.

The pool required a long walk, including changing building, and when we arrived we found out that it was empty and under maintenance, and we weren't told about that. Otherwise, everything was great
