I recently stayed at this hotel in Vancouver and had a comfortable experience overall. The location is fantastic—close to everything you’d want to see and do in the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transit. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. That said, the hotel itself feels a bit dated. While everything worked just fine, the rooms and common areas could definitely benefit from some updates. A more modern touch in the decor and amenities would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. If you're looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Vancouver, this hotel is a solid choice. With a little bit of love and modernization, it could easily become a top-tier option.

Very spacious. Excellent area to stay in if you are going to an event near by at Rogers Arena or BC Place. You are paying for convince. Parking lot not easy to get to via GPS and very tight if you have a truck. Great place to stay.

The woman at the front desk that handled my reservation was very kind and got us into a room just before check in. The staff that came for cleaning was very nice, we were only three for two nights so didn't need the clean in between night but she gave us some extra towels and was very considerate. The staff was polite and kind at every interaction and were quick to provide answers for random questions I had.
