We had a fabulous stay at The Pinnacle on the Pier for a week whilst celebrating my husbands 50th birthday where we recieved a unexpected upgrade after a passport check, the service for a amazing from the start, no unexpected charges where some reviews have stated, just a full refunded security deposit of $50 per day per room. Lovely spacious room, with a view of the water and Vancouver skyline, probably the best we've ever slept, such a comfortable bed. The location was excellent with walkable access to the water taxi to downtown taking only 12 minutes to cross, a extremely regular service. We generally ate out and about on our travels but we did enjoy one evening meal during our stay and it was amazing, and at a great price. Would definitely use this hotel again, I have no negatives.

We were placed in a room above the gym/pool area, the thumping stereo noise was coming up through the floor was unbearable, dont stay on the 4th floor facing Lower Lonsdale Ave. Staff was accommodating and moved us up one floor facing the pier. Good location.
