Convenient location to stay in Burnaby/Coquitlam

We have stayed at this hotel several times over several years. It is convenient, clean and staff are pleasant and knowledgable. The hotel advertises Live Music in the Lounge/Dining Room on Friday and Saturday nights. Unfortunately, this music is so loud it is difficult to hear the staff at reception and for them to hear the guest. On Friday night, the lounge only had 2 tables occupied. No conversation would be needed, since you would not be able to hear over the noise. Occupational Health and Safety would probably give them a fine for noise violations. We will reconsider staying at this hotel because the initial impression was so poor.

Perfect

Concierge was very helpful and there were tons of conveniences on site or nearby. Liquor store, restaurants (many Korean restaurants to be exact). Pool and hot tub were very nice. The room even had a soaking tub. Super close to the train made it easy to go out and sightsee. 10/10 would stay again

The hotel was in a Korean area which offered plenty of restaurants and stores. The hotel was clean and in a convenient area to visit Vancouver with your family. They offered underground parking which was very convenient to enter an exit.

Property is very nice. Loved the room and the pool and hot tub. Parking garage is very confusing and is a labyrinthine to get around in. Parking is different prices depending who you book the room with.

We really liked the comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were both perfect and enjoyed each day there. Super convenient for catching the train downtown and a great mall within walking distance too. All the staff were very friendly.
