The room is clean but the carpet is a bit old. The kitchenette is a bit too cramped with the 2 queen size beds, but the price is reasonable. Really appreciate the little touches and humor with the rubber duck and the fun messages around the room. The location is convenient to the heart of Richmond.

Absolutely love!!! We ended up having some problems with another hotel and had to last minute book (as in booked and checked in within 45 mins). When we got there to check in the staff was amazing! We had an electrical problem and they got it fixed within 10 minutes! The room was stunning and super well cleaned!

It's super close to the airport so it's very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a 1st floor room so we could just park right outside of our room. Being a small motel-like property, it offered much more, including microwave, coffee, and gym room.
