65sqm apartment in a charming 1860 structure of the royal family of the Savoy house, completely renovated and the starting point for wonderful walks at the foot of the Matterhorn. Various huts and paths on glaciers can be reached up to an altitude of 4200 meters. Located above the village of Cervinia, it can be easily reached by car or on foot with a wonderful 15-minute walk at the foot of Mount Cervino. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, it consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave and complete with all provisions. The house is completed by a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is furnished with valuable antique furniture and recalls the style of the place. It has central heating with individual thermostat. Finally, the house has a covered parking space for a large car as well as a ski storage room
