Welcome to Unit 101, a luxurious first-floor condominium featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unit is highly rated and offers a stunning outdoor terrace overlooking the beautiful Willow Park. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, a Wolf dual-fuel range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher.

The spacious living room boasts walnut hardwood flooring, designer furnishings, and a limestone-surrounded gas fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a 55" flat-screen TV. The living area includes comfortable seating with American Leather sleep sofas known for their exceptional comfort, featuring a memory foam mattress and no metal frame.

The primary bedroom showcases a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a stone top vanity, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The adjacent secondary bathroom features a stone top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.

Unit 101 provides central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, a full-size washer and dryer, premium linens, towels, as well as personal soap and shampoo. Daily maid service is included to ensure a pristine living environment.

Great condo close to everything.

The property is in a wonderful location a block from Vail Village and is within a 5 minute walk to everything. The unit is in great condition, is well stocked, and has everything you need for a visit. The property also has the biggest hot tub I've ever seen. The property manager made the rental process easy and the concierges (Monika and Melissa) were incredible and took care of all my special requests. Even though I stayed for a month, I wasn't ready to leave and I'll be renting here again for sure.

Weak WiFi and a hot water shortage we’re the only shortcomings. Otherwise, a very nice property.

Well located with a very strong concierge service that helped with dinner and transportation plans. Clean, quiet and comfortable.
