Wonderful property

Great layout for a group. The pool and backyard area with two hot tubs is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the big hangout area and beautiful kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Will return!

We loved the kitchen and the comfortable seating for meals. The pool and hot tubs kept the younger set occupied and happy, as did the grassy backyard. It was great to have control of the temperature in each room

Amazing Property & Stay

My group and I (12 of us) had an incredible stay at Primrose. The house and property are even better in person than the pictures. The great room and outdoor fire place was where we spent most of our time and we had more than enough space for all of us to hang. The house was clean and well equipped with all the necessities. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We stayed with four families with their children ranging in age from 5-9. It was a perfect house to accommodate a large group. The kitchen and backyard are unmatched

We’ll be back. One of the nicest HomeAway properties we have rented and Meg the owner is exceptionally responsive. There is nothing that could have made our stay any more enjoyable.

Awesome property!

We had a large group of more than 20 people staying here and there was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to comfortably stay. The house is exactly like the pictures. Extremely clean and well designed. Overall we would definitely come back! Thank you for an awesome stay.

Best Hosts Ever! We have stayed in the past and Jorge and Meg are spot on to solve any issues. We just created some family memories again and did not have to call them because everything was perfect. This house is amazing, and they provide you with all you need to have a wonderful family vacation. We will be back!

Primose is great!

We had to change our fall break plans at the last minute due to the hurricane. Primrose was a perfect fit for our family and close to the lake! We would come back here for sure if we head north again! Thank you also to the host for being accommodating and helpful!

Wonderful stay!

Our visit to Primrose was filled with amazing experiences and fun times. The home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space where people can all be together or choose to have fun in many of the separate areas of the home. The photos don’t do it justice! The kitchen is filled with everything needed to make big family meals. The beds are super comfortable. The outdoor space has something for everyone. We would love to visit again.

Perfect Home for a Multi-Generational Getaway!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this spacious and inviting house. With 22 people across multiple generations, we never felt cramped. The large kitchen was an ideal spot for preparing and sharing meals, while the outdoor features—the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and seating areas—were enjoyed by all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were abundant, clean and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect setting for our October getaway, and we highly recommend both the property and the location for groups of any size. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Another fabulous stay

This is our third stay at the Primrose location and once again we had a fabulous time. This has been a great house for our family of 19 (10 adults and 9 children). Jorge has always been very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Our stay this year was further enhanced by improved air conditioning in the upper bedrooms. This was especially appreciated due to the warm weather that we had during our week. The house has everything that we need for our large family and hopefully we can arrange another wonderful stay at Primrose in the future..

A Gem

This was our family's 2nd trip to Primrose and it didn't disappoint. It is pure perfection with so many amenities to accommodate the masses: chef's kitchen, multiple bedrooms/beds, huge living space, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, location and proximity to the lake, etc. I could go on and on. Grateful beyond words! We hope to be back.

Unbelievable Experience!

The info and photos online do not do this place justice. The quality and details of everything in the home were incredible. They provide everything you need to make travel very easy. I hosted a women's retreat with a private chef and the kitchen was a dream for her to work in and all of the additions like extra cozy blankets and unique books and games just gave it that extra touch. Communication with the host was consistent and easy. Will definitely be back!

STUNNING

We had 24 adults staying at this property for a weekend getaway and cannot say enough wonderful things about it. To start, the home is MASSIVE and we all slept very comfortably. The GIANT kitchen / living room area was perfect for what we needed and allowed us all to comfortably gather and spend the weekend together. Even in the winter the backyard was stunning and we enjoyed both the hottub as well as the two fire pits. Finally, and most importantly, the host was extremely helpful and attentive and checked in with us and made sure everything was going well. 10/10 would recommend for a larger group gathering.
