Luxurious New House Between Ark Encounter and Creation Museum-Sleeps 8

Stylish luxury in a great location! Welcome to my house, newly built exclusively for short term rentals, conveniently located 25 minutes from the Creation Museum, 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter and only a 5 minute drive from a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, parks/playgrounds and a large grocery store. Relax and enjoy time away in a stylish, modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in 1,500 square feet.
The space
Modern ranch style house--all living spaces are on one level with two step access (sidewalk to front porch then front porch to interior). Maximum occupancy is 8, not including infants. Pets and parties are NOT permitted.

BEDROOMS
BEDROOM 1 sleeps 4 and has a triple twin sized bunk bed and a folding twin sized bed. When the fourth bed is not in use there is plenty of space to play. Bedding is "beddy's" sleeping bag style and is laundered in between every guest.

Please note that the top bunk may not be suitable for younger children.

Bathroom is a shared bathroom with a tub shower in the hall.

BEDROOM 2 has a king sized bed and shares the hall bathroom.

BEDROOM 3 is the primary bedroom at the back of the house and has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom with double vanity and step in shower.

All beds are fitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows (firm and soft) and extra blankets.

BATHROOMS
Bathrooms have towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, dishes and flatware, as well as a full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and the all important coffee maker and a french press. Coffee, sugar and creamer pods are also provided, but if you don’t want to make your own there are two Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts a mere 5 minutes away:)

Coffee maker uses pods (provided) or brews a pot, so feel free to bring your favorite type of coffee if you like.

LIVING ROOM
Relax in the living room and enjoy the Roku TV with Netflix (guest’s log-in). Equipped with high speed Wifi and a desk for a peaceful dedicated workspace.

Games and books provided for some family fun:)

Cleaning Protocol: We pride ourselves on an exceptionally clean environment and follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing after each guest departure.
Guest access
You are welcome to make use of the whole house and the yard.

Please park only in the two dedicated spaces in the driveway and avoid parking on the street.

The lake, which is visible from the backyard, is not part of the property. Please do not go into the neighbor's yard to access the lake.
Other things to note
No loud noise after 10pm as we have close neighbors.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cottage is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside.

Check-in is anytime AFTER 4pm (24 hour check-in is available via smart lock, but please let me know if you plan to arrive after 10pm.)

Check-out is by 10am so my cleaners have time to ready the house for the next guests.
