Great spot to stay. We booked two 2x bedroom villas. Good lay out. We had a few minor issues in one out of the 4 bathrooms with water pouring out of a broken shower head and a toilet that seldomly flushed but passed that along so that they could fix. Approx 15 minute walk to beach. Hotel no longer offer shuttle service to the beach haven’t since covid I was told. But is still advertised that they do. We had a great stay and would stay again

I was there for ten days . Half the time there was no WiFi . No tv . Electricity went off . I paid for breakfast but didn’t have and yet refund was rejected . The staff were ok but it was very hard to communicate because they barely knew English . Toiletries were there only the first day for one day although I was staying for ten days . Nothing was replaced . No drinking water facilities . Wasn’t what I expected . I would not recommend this place to anybody . No intercom . After 5 pm nobody at the reception . You have to go walk upto the reception if you need anything .

Great property with a little room for improvement

The villas themselves are gorgeous. Beautiful, well laid out, the pool is very nice to cool off in. The location is a little bit inside so you'll need a cab or scooter to get around but it's a very nice area close to Melasti beach and Sundays beach club. The services can be improved - there's no proper lobby, no soap in the bathrooms which I think was just an oversight. Upon checkout there was no one on the premises but we were able to get in touch with The owner who is very sweet. Great property but can improve in services a bit, but absolutely worth it
