- barrierefreie Zimmer sind schön groß, allerdings fehlen ein paar Wandhaken im Zimmer / Bad - Personal insbesondere Guest Relation / Restaurant / Bar und Animation sehr freundlich ( Lob inabesondere an Mauricio, Pasqualina, Tonino) - mobiler Lifter am Pool vorhanden - Strandrollstuhl vorhanden, aber für große Personen etwas umständlich - Mobiliar teilweise veraltet, barrierefreie Toiletten am Strand oder Restaurant sehr stickig - leider keine barrierearme Umkleide/ Toilette im Wellnessbereich - Wünschenwert wäre bei der Rezeption/ Bar dass ein teil des Tressen etwas tiefer wäre, so dass z.b Rollstuhlfahrer besser kommunizieren können bzw am Tressen trinken oder etwas entgegen nehmen können

Ich war ja schon das 2.te mal in dem Club und bin weiterhin begeistert von allem einschließlich dem Buffet Essen jeden Tag fast rund um die Uhr!! Bestimmt findet der eine oder andere etwas das nicht passt aber ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl...Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Wasser wunderschön!!

ein ganz toller Urlaub! Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, war das Personal sehr geschult: manchmal wurden widersprüchliche Informationen gegeben. Das Essen für vegetarierer war leider nicht so vielfältig wie in anderen ROB-Clubs. Die Salatbar eher Kantinenniveau. Fleisch- und Fischauswahl sah sehr vielfältig aus. Sport- und Entertainmentprogramm war super und umfangreich! Die Mitarbeitenden waren extrem freundlich!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Meer, der Strand und das Essen sind einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles sehr sauber gehalten. Wir haben uns im Robinson Club rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Club weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Robinson Clubs weltweit, sollte sich dieses Hotel nicht Robinson Club nennen. Die Trattoria am Strand ist schön, alles andere - Zimmerausstattung, Zustand der Anlage, Pool, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Sportangebot, Shows, Abendunterhaltung - sehr enttäuschend. Preis-Leistung absolut nicht erfüllt!

War im Grossen und Ganzen gut. Freundliches und weniger freundliches Personal. Essen hervorragend. Genüge Liegestühle und Tische. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte ein bisschen genauer sein. (Haare, Staub)
