โรงแรมเอาห้องไปปล่อยให้คนอื่น

จองไป 2 ห้อง แต่ไปถึงแล้วมีห้องเหลือแค่ห้องเดียว แจ้งว่าระบบการจองมันเบิ้ลเข้ามา คือถ้าเบิ้ลเข้ามา ก็ต้องเก็บห้องไว้เกินสิ คือแย่มากๆ ส่วนตัวคิดว่าน่าจะเอาห้องไปปล่อยให้คนอื่นเพราะไปเช็คอินดึก ทางโรงแรมรับผิดชอบโดยให้ห้องนึงนอนที่นี่ แล้วอีกห้องให้ไปนอนโรงแรมอื่น คืองงมาก สรุปเลยบอกว่า ให้คืนเงินมาให้หมด จะไปนอนที่อื่นทั้งสองห้อง แต่ทางโรงแรมไม่คืนให้ เลยต้องนอนเบียดกันในห้องเดียวทั้งหมด และได้เงินคืนห้องนึงที่จ่ายไป แต่ได้ไม่เต็มจำนวน หักค่านู่นนี่นั่น ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบเลย สภาพห้องก็สมราคา แต่ระวังจองแล้วจะไม่มีห้องให้ ไม่โทรมาแจ้งก่อนด้วยทั้งๆที่ใส่เบอร์ไปแล้ว สรุปไม่แนะนำให้มาพัก
