The mattress was comfortable, the sheets, towels and furniture all seemed new and the unit was extremely clean and well taken care of. There were beach chairs, rackets, and towels for the beach. We really enjoyed hanging around in the unit, finding it very comfortable. I would highly suggest this unit!

I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It was perfect for us. The condo is updated, the pool area is clean, and the proximity to the water is wonderful! We saw dolphins daily and could walk to a few local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Quiet and perfect for a short stay

Beach and pool are great accommodations, Melissa was easy to contact and deal with, the property doesn’t seem to care much about badging onto the site or the parking so I would say security is a little lax but because this is on North Beach it’s much quieter and safer for this than the other side. The pool and beach access are easy to find and great if you’re planning to bring your own food and entertainment. Would recommend to anyone!

Easy beach access

This is a great condo that is clean and newly refurbished. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. Comfy bed with pretty much all of the tools you need. The only complaint we had is that the bedroom is adjacent to the hallway. The head of the bed is under the window. You hear every word spoken, every door slam, and every footstep that is made. Its probably not a problem for most families but if you want to sleep in or go to bed early, this is something to consider. We would stay again.

Family Spring Break Road-trip

Place was amazing, walked to cute coffee shop everyday (Tybean). People in complex were so friendly, and kids loved the pool and looking for shells on the beach. Short drive to either Savannah or the south end of Tybee.

Charming condo for a short stay

The property is gated, and has tennis court, pickleball, and a pool on site. The condo was clean and attractively decorated. The deck offers a partial ocean view, and the walk to the beach was maybe two minutes from condo to sand. We liked the quieter north beach and end of the island. The condo was well appointed, but could use a couple of towel bars or hooks in the bathroom, and maybe bedside tables/lamps. It was a great for two, and a family of four would be cozy but comfortable for a short stay We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing getaway!

The room was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Everything was clean and well stocked with necessities and appliances. The bathroom was very upscale looking. Walking distance to beach and popular restaurants was a huge plus. Will definitely be staying again!

Quaint beach front property

The property is older but well kept and decorated. There were many other units being rented out in the building while we were there- fisherman, families, and some very loud drunk parties. Friday night was the worst. This unit is on the third floor, and we found no advertised elevator, please consider this if you have a lot of luggage/ small children/ disabilities. The check in process is a little bit complicated- pull in, get out, put a code in a box to get a gate key, scan the key to get in, go up three floors, put in a code to the left of the door, find nothing happens, try a few times to get one of the codes to work on the front door, finally get in. There is wifi connected to the tv but no access code/ password to log in with any other device. Hot water and ac work very well. There is a no refund policy on this property so make sure you plan around hurricanes, etc. The location is right on north beach. You can walk from the unit to the beach and we did several times. It's a smaller beach area compared to tybee beach but it's more private. THE STOVE EMITS SMOKE WHEN YOU TURN IT ON AND THERE'S NO VENT FOR IT. BE PREPARED IF YOU'RE GOING TO COOK! WE WEREN'T! We brought our own pot and pan- the ones in the unit are nicer but very well worn and scratched up. Also no dishwasher. Overall for the location, dates and price this place was pretty nice. VERY small but it works for a weekend.
