As Expected

Check in was easy. Unit was clean and well stocked. A little further away from the beach than we are used to, but no biggie. Plenty of books and games for inside activities. Pools were clean and plenty of chairs and loungers. Staff were very nice and helpful. Our only problems were the neighbors smoking pot on the balcony all day so we didn’t spend much time on ours. The check in info we received stated we had parking under our unit, but this one doesn’t. Spent a few minutes trying to find our parking. This info needs updated. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We had a good stay, access to the beach was great. We liked the north beach. The dunes were very healthy and that was great to see. Sitting on the patio of 12 a you could not see the water too well but you can see the big ships go by though.

Enjoyed our stay

We were impressed with this property! Online advertising was accurate, and the place was spotless upon arrival. Someone even contacted us the following day to check in and see if we had any concerns. We very much enjoyed the north end of the island - the beach was a short walk (on the connecting boardwalk) and we could see container ships passing from our balcony. The surrounding area was quiet, and Tybee provided everything we needed within a short driving/biking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay

Well stocked kitchen with lots of extras (coffee filters, salt/pepper, oil), good location with short walk to the quiet beach. The boardwalk closest to this unit was not accessible and was flooded while we were there. Our toddler enjoyed all the games and toys around the apartment, though we had to hide some due to small parts. My only complaint is the couch could be replaced, it’s very worn and broken down - but still comfortable enough. We would stay at this location again and would recommend it to friends.

Great spot for quiet family beach vacation!

The place was as advertised. Southern Belle communicated very well. Check in could not have been easier. Location on the north beach of Tybee was ideal for us, with older teenage kids, looking for a quiet spot. We saw so many dolphins all the time! The unit had plenty of dishes and bath towels. There was one dish towel and a new sponge and some dish soap, which we appreciated. Only thing I'd say that would have been a nice addition was that there was some salt but no pepper, sugar, coffee, tea bags, or any other seasonings or the like. Bathrooms had plenty of TP, soap, shampoo, conditioner. We would definitely stay again!

North Beach stay

We enjoyed the location: it was comfortable, clean, and close to the beach. We were confused about parking and pool access. We were disappointed to have no beach towels available from the property for our beach and pool use.

Cute condo on Tybee!

Property was clean, check in process was seamless, Property Manager checked in on us via text to make sure all was well. Property is located near the beach with walking paths. Condo was stocked with kitchen supplies and other items that made the stay enjoyable.

Quick trip

We enjoyed our stay completely! The location is amazing! Great beach access and views! We did have few minor things that could have been perfect. 1- master bed needs to flipped. When you get in it, you sink into the middle. 2- water pressure in the master shower could have been better 3- biggest issue- TV. I get everything is now being streamed but when you just want to watch football on game day, it took a minute to get the correct app downloaded so we could stream it. The summertime it wouldn’t matter but during the fall and football season it would have been cool to just have basic cable. None of these things are deal breakers! The management was easy to get in touch with and checked in on us frequently! I would definitely be back and book again!

Accurate. Great location. Only 1 set of steps

Ive stayed at lighthouse condos a few times. Always on the 3rd floor. As a 1st floor unit having only 1 set of steps was a nice treat. It said it had covered parking, but as a 1st floor corner unit, it did not. Not an issue for me but may be for others. I hope to come back!

The condo was very clean and furnished very well. The unit was beautifully decorated and very inviting. A very easy walk to the beach. The management company followed up with us upon arrival to ensure all was good. Would stay at the location again.

Beautiful Relaxation

Always love staying at the Lighthouse Point condos but this year we really loved our stay even more. The condo was so nicely decorated and the location of our unit to the beach was perfect. Especially with having 4 kids under the age of 12! We even looked at what our master mattress was so we can buy one because it was THAT comfortable! The turtles in the pond at the pool still make me so excited to see! I adore this property.

Tybee vacay!

5 minute walk to the beach. We loved seeing the huge cargo ships going by. Short ride to unique restaurants. The crab shack was great !! Clean and cozy rooms. Great television selections. 25 minute drive to Savannah. Will definitely be back!

Family Friendly Beach Vaca

We had an awesome experience while staying at the Cooler Getaway! This was our first time visiting Tybee and we have decided that we will return. There is so much to do and the Cooler made it pleasant to get out of the heat and relax.

Lighthouse Condo

The property was very clean, nice beach decor, and had a lot of accommodations available for the stay. We spent our time at the beach but there is a pool on site. The company even messaged us during our stay to check in which was nice. The property backs up to the dunes and a short walk to go down a boardwalk to the beach. Parking was not available under the unit however it is really close by to the right with a marked spot for the unit so it didn’t make much of a difference to us.
